| What do I do if I cannot download the music scores? |
| If you have Sibelius version 2 or 3, you can use contact us and we will email scores using your version. Alternatively, if you send an A4 SAE for £3 made payable to the Romany Wood Charitable Trust, 82 Somers Road Worcester WR1 3JJ, we will send a paper copy of the music |
| Can I do a concert outside the Romany Wood - Sing for Children project? |
| Yes, but you would have to buy the music and pay royalties. |
| How many concerts can I give? |
| As many as you like as long as they are done under the Sing for Children project rules |
| What standard of orchestra can tackle Romany Wood? |
| Romany Wood is designed to be performed by a professional orchestra with one on the day rehearsal or a good amateur orchestra with 5 or 6 rehearsals |
| Can I make CDs of my performance? |
| If your performance falls under the Romany Wood - Sing for Children scheme you can make and sell a CD of your actual performance. Making a CD of Romany Wood through a separate recording session is not permitted. |
| What standard of piano playing is required for rehearsals and performances using piano rather than orchestra |
| Much of the piano work is not difficult, maybe grade 6 or so. There are a few more challenging passages. Please feel free to simplify anything that your pianist finds too difficult |
| Most of the songs are in unison. Is there a two-part version? |
